  3. En dos ocasiones, añadiremos azúcar y un poco de aceite y seguimos añadiendo harina y amasando hasta que no se nos peguen los dedos. Dejaremos reposar unos 5 minutos.
  4. Encima de papel de horno estiraremos la masa con el rodillo. Tiene que quedar una rectángulo bastante grande.
  5. En la mitad de la masa se añade:
    - una mezcla de azúcar y canela (no tener miedo de poner bien de canela)
    - un chorrito de aceite de oliva
    - calabaza rallada (una cantidad generosa, al gusto de cada uno), sin llegar a los bordes.
    - volvemos a poner por encima otra vez la mezcla de azúcar y canela
    - otro chorrito de aceite.
  6. Taparemos con la otra mitad de masa, cerraremos bien y doblaremos los bordes para que queden bien sellados.
  7. Se le hacen unos orificios en la superficie para que no se infle al cocerla en el horno, pincelamos con aceite la masa y espolvoreamos con azúcar.
    Lo introducimos en el horno previamente calentado a 175º y tras unos 20 minutos, más o menos dependiendo de cada horno, subimos la temperatura a 200º, hasta tener un color tostado.
