- Lavamos y colamos muy bien los garbanzos.
- Ponemos un par de cucharadas de aceite en una sartén grande y vamos a fuego lento añadiendo las semillas de comino, el hinojo, pasados un par de minutos añadimos la cebolla y el jengibre y rehogamos.
- Cortamos en cuadraditos la calabaza, en rodajas el calabacín, el maíz y los guisantes escurridos y reservamos.
- Cuando la cebolla empiece a dorar ponemos todas las verduras y los garbanzos en nuestra sartén.
- Subimos el fuego e incorporamos el Garam Masala, la cúrcuma y el agua, removemos y cuando rompa a hervir lo tapamos y bajamos el fuego, lo dejamos cocinar unos 20 minutos.
- Pasado este tiempo añadimos el yogurt y rectificamos de sal, removemos para integrar todos los sabores. Calentamos nuestro pan de pita y a disfrutarrrr.
