- Añado zanahorias y nabos cortados grandes y coloco encima el colador con la sémola al vapor.Otros 25 minutos.
- Repito sacar y mover la sémola.
- Añado toda la verdura y los garbanzos y cierro con el colador.Últimos 25 minutos.
- Aparte frío 2 cebollas grandes con 1 cucharadita de azúcar para caramelizarlas.Añado las pasas que han estado en agua templada con una cucharada de miel le pongo ese agua y una cucharada de especies.Dejando reducir hasta conseguir una rica salsa dulce.
- Servir poniendo por encima un poco de caldo y el resto aparte para poder irse echando cada comensal según su gusto.
- Mezclo el resto de mantequilla con la sémola antes de servirla.
