- 500 gr calabaza pelada y cortada
- 120 gr azucar moreno ó normal

- Para elaborar el pastel necesitaremos 45 min en total (15 min para prepararlo y 30 min en el horno)
- 1.Primero rallamos la calabaza,le añadimos el azucar,la canela y el aceite y dejamos reposar unos minutos
- Mientras cortamos los nueces con un cuchillo a trozos pequeños,pero no demasiado,porque se tienen que notar.
- Empezamos a montar el pastel extendiendo de la mezcla uniformemente sobre la primera hoja de la masa y poniendo por encima nueces.Despues enrollamos cogiéndo dos de las hojas de la masa filo.
- Otra vez enrollamos haciendo como un caracol en el centro del recipiente que hemos elejido.Es preferible que sea redondo y de 24 cm.
- Terminamos enrollando el resto de las hojas de 2 en 2 y poniendo alrededor del primer caracol que hemos formado.Asi se forma un gran caracolito.
- Metemos en el horno precalentado a180 gradus para 30 min.
- Cuando vemos que ya está doradito sacamos del horno,echamos unas gotas de agua por encima y tapamos con un paño.
- Después de que haya reposado 10 min ya esta listo para comer.Esta buenisimo tanto caliente que frío.Que aproveche!!!
