  3. En una olla ponemos primero la carne, la cebolleta y la verdura que necesita más tiempo de cocción. Cubrimos con agua, tomillo, laurel y sal. Dejamos cocinar 15-20 minutos a partir que comencé a salir el vapor.
  4. Pasado el tiempo y como era mucha verdura saque la col, zanahorias y habichuelas (las pase al horno en mantenimiento calor). Agregue el resto de verdura, la que necesita menos tiempo de cocción: Calabaza, calabacines partidos en cuatro, papas peladas troceadas en dos y los garbanzos.
  5. Dejamos cocinar sin tapa 15 minutos. Presentamos en una bandeja amplia colocando porciones de cada cosa. Aproveché y con el caldo resultante hice un poco de GOFIO ESCALDADO o ESCALDON DE GOFIO.
  6. Sería poner un poco de caldo en una fuente, desmenuzar un poco de carne, añadir gofio y remover hasta conseguir una textura un poco espesa. Un poco de tomate y cebolleta en daditos que acompañé con dos cucharadas de mojo verde encima de todo 😋😋
