  8. Retiramos con cuidado el aro grande del plato. Con mucho cuidado de no quemarnos sacamos el huevo, retiramos el aro y lo ponemos sobre el tomate
  9. Adornamos con la rúcula, espolvoreamos escamas de sal marina y añadimos el resto de la vinagreta de mostaza
  10. Servimos caliente recién hecho. Buen provecho!!!!
