  2. 300 gr calabaza cortada en 3 trozos iguales
  3. 2 calabacines cortador por la mitad
  4. 3 zanahorias cortadas por la mitad y peladas
  5. 150 gr garbanzos remojados desde la noche anterior
  6. 1/2 col cortadas en dos
  7. 1 cebolla picada muy pequeña
  8. 2 cucharadas concentrado de tomate
  9. 250 gr sémola de cous cous
  10. aceite de oliva y girasol
  11. 1 pastilla mantequilla marroquí
  12. 1/2 cucharada comino
  13. 1/2 cucharada sal
  14. pimineta molida
  15. 1 cucharada jengibre
  16. 2 cucharadas cúrcuma

  1. En una olla ponemos un poco de aceite, añadimos la cebolla y sofreímos
  2. Añadimos el pollo junto con las especias y el concentrado de tomate y cocinamos hasta que a carne este lista, yo utilicé una olla gm y la puse en turbo 12 minutos
  3. Una vez esté la carne lista la reservamos, añadimos los garbanzos y las zanahorias, yo en mi olla (es igual que la express pero eléctrica) turbo unos 10 minutos
  4. Añadimos la calabaza, la col y el calabacín y cocinamos a fuego medio unos 15 minutos mas o menos.
  5. Preparamos la semola, ponemos en un recipiente grande la semola y la hidratamos con aceite de oliva, un poco de agua, entre nuestras manos vamos soltando los granos de semola, dejamos reposar 5 minutos
  6. En la couscusera ponemos agua y sal
  7. Ponemos la semola en el recipiente de arriba de la couscusera y lo ponemos,cuando empieze a salir vapor contamos 15 minutos
  8. Pasado los 15 minutos, retiramos el recipiente volcamos la sémola con cuidado porque quema en un recipiente grande y con una cuchara removemos, ponemos un poco de agua y aceite y cuando este un poco templado volvemos con nuestras manos a soltar los granos de sémola, este proceso lo haremos 3 veces.
  9. Una vez la sémola hecha la ponemos en un plato, en el medio hacemos un hueco y ponemos el pollo, alrededor vamos poniendo las verduras ya cocinadas: en tiras las zanahorias, el calabacín, las zanahorias vamos intercalándolas, encima ponemos la col y luego los garbanzos con la salsita.
