- 100 gr margarina
- 200 gr harina de trigo
- 1 , 1/2 cuchara de azúcar
- 1 huevo
- Relleno:
- 1 huevo
- 120 gr azúcar
- 10 ml esencia de vainilla
- 600 gr puré de calabaza

- Corta en cubos la calabaza
Prepara los ingredientes. - Coloca en un recipiente la calabaza con un poco de agua... lleva al fuego hasta que se ablande, saca la calabaza cocida y coloca en un recipiente y hacer un puré y reserve.
- Para la masa :en un recipiente coloca la harina, el azúcar y mezclar un poco enseguida adicione la margarina y mezclar con las puntas de los dedos haciendo como un arenado,
- Adiciona el huevo y mezclar bien hasta formar una masa homogénea y suave, envolver con un film transparente y lleve en la heladera por 10 minutos.
- Untar una forma y espolvorear con harina, coloca en porciones la masa dentro de la forma hasta cubrir por completo y luego pasa la masa por los laterales.. con un tenedor perfora todo el fondo de la masa,
- Lleva al horno pre caliente a 180°por 10 minutos.
Luego de los 10 minutos retire del horno y reserve.. - Para el relleno:
En el puré de calabaza coloca el azúcar y mezclar bien, en un recipiente coloca el huevo y batir un poco con el tenedor enseguida coloca la esencia de vainilla y mezclar.. - Una vez que hayas mezclado la esencia con el huevo coloca a la crema de calabaza y mezclar bien para que integre todos los ingredientes.
Disperse el relleno encima de la masa ya cocida. - Esparcir bien el relleno..
Opcional; coloca coco rallado por encima y lleve al horno por 30 minutos. - Pasado los 30 minutos saca del horno y dejar enfriar... luego desenformar.
