- Y ahora con tiempo, cortamos y pelamos la calabaza.
- Las papas sin pelar por la mitad o tercios y las ponemos a hervir, cuando hirvieron unos diez min zampamos la calabaza a hervir también.
- Mientras cortamos un poco a la marchanta a la rúcula, la ensaladereamos, salamos y lubricamos con aceite de oliva, revolvemos y listo. Para no quemarla le agregamos las gotas de limón en el plato luego de servirla y justo antes de morfarla.
- Picamos finolis dos de los ajíes.
