- Trocear la calabaza en cubos de 1 ó 2 cm. y colocar en el Varoma. Tapar, colocar sobre el vaso y programar 20'/Var/Vel.1 (para ahorrar tiempo puedes aprovechar cuando hagas una sopa, crema, etc. para cocer la calabaza y tenerla ya cocida). Reservar la calabaza cocida y vaciar el agua del vaso.
- Poner en el vaso el aceite, pimientos y ajo. Trocear 4 seg. Vel.4. A continuación programar 5'/Var/Vel.1.
- Añadir el pimentón, la sal y el tomate. Programar 10'/Var/Vel.1.
- Agregar el comino, laurel y los garbanzos. Programar 10'/100º/↩️/Vel. cuchara.
- Agregar la calabaza, remover con la espátula y programar 5'/100º/↩️/Vel. cuchara.
- Quitar el laurel, remover y servir.
